About our company

Fabeliacade is a company that helps create thoughtful interiors for homes and apartments. We develop custom design solutions that take into account the architectural features of the space, the owners' lifestyles, personal preferences, and practical needs. For us, an interior is more than just a combination of furniture, finishes, and decorative elements, but a unified environment in which to live, relax, connect with loved ones, and go about your daily business.

Our company works with spaces of varying sizes and configurations. We can design a spacious country house, a compact city apartment, a separate room, or several functional areas. Each project is created from scratch, so the finished space reflects the owners' personality and meets their expectations of comfort.

Individual approach to interior design

We begin our project with a detailed introduction and discussion of your wishes. It's important for us to understand who will be using the space, their habits, and the specific needs the interior should address. We discuss the preferred style, suitable color schemes, storage requirements, lighting, and furniture arrangement.

Based on the information received, we develop an overall concept. We don't try to mechanically follow a single direction. A single interior can harmoniously combine laconic forms, natural textures, expressive details, and traditional solutions. The main thing is that all elements support the overall idea and don't create a visual clash.

Space planning

A well-designed layout helps you use your available space efficiently. We examine the room configuration, window and door placement, ceiling height, natural light direction, and existing utility features.

When preparing a layout, we determine the placement of the main functional areas. In the living room, we provide areas for relaxation and socializing, in the kitchen, we create a convenient sequence of work areas, and in the bedroom, we focus on a calm atmosphere and storage systems. If it's a small apartment, we look for ways to maintain a sense of spaciousness while still accommodating all the necessary items.

We offer several layout options, explain the differences between them, and work with the client to select the most suitable solution.

Development of a visual concept

Once the layout is approved, we move on to the artistic portion of the project. Our team selects the color scheme, finishing materials, textures, furniture, lighting, and decor. We ensure that the interior looks cohesive, with each item occupying a logical place.

Color can significantly change the perception of a space. Light tones help visually expand the room, deep shades add drama, and warm, natural combinations create a cozy atmosphere. We select a palette based on the room's purpose, the amount of daylight, and the owners' preferences.

To visualize the future space, we create visual materials. These allow you to see the combination of key elements in advance, evaluate proportions, and, if necessary, adjust individual solutions before the actual work begins.

Lighting and usage scenarios

Lighting plays a vital role in home design. A single light source can rarely create a room equally comfortable for relaxing, reading, entertaining, and doing household chores. That's why we develop multiple lighting scenarios.

Primary lighting ensures uniform visibility, spotlights highlight work areas, and decorative lighting highlights textures and architectural details. We carefully consider the placement of lamps, switches, and outlets to ensure they are easy to use every day.

We pay special attention to areas that require precise, directional light: kitchen counters, desks, mirrors, and reading areas. In bedrooms and living rooms, we provide softer options to maintain a calm, homely atmosphere.

Selection of furniture and materials

We select furniture based on the room's size, chosen style, and the family's needs. It's important that sofas, tables, cabinets, and other elements are not only attractive but also comfortable for everyday use.

When choosing materials, we consider appearance, tactile properties, durability, and maintenance requirements. Practical surfaces are suitable for the hallway and kitchen, while softer, more expressive textures can be used in the bedroom. We consider in advance how different materials will interact with each other under natural and artificial light.

Storage systems are designed to maintain order without overcrowding the space. We offer closed sections for household items, open shelving for books and decorative items, and built-in solutions for difficult-to-access spaces.

Design documentation

A beautiful concept is not enough to accurately implement the design. That's why we prepare a set of clear design documentation. This may include plans for furniture arrangement, lighting, outlets, and switches, finishing plans, wall elevations, and recommendations for key materials.

Documents help specialists accurately understand the design concept and consistently carry out the necessary work. The project scope is determined individually: it depends on the size of the facility, its condition, and the scope of tasks.

Project support

If necessary, our company supports the implementation of the designed interior. We answer questions, clarify details, and verify that the implemented solutions comply with the approved concept. If the selected material or interior item is unavailable, we offer a suitable replacement with similar characteristics and appearance.

This support helps maintain the stylistic integrity of the project at all stages. We pay close attention to detail, as even the slightest change in color, size, or texture can impact the overall perception of the space.
